All of my herbs are sold in a 3 x 5 zip lock bag which holds 1 oz. of whitesage.
White Sage has been used for a very long time for purification and cleansing your space. I have always been taught that white sage acts as the warrior and drives away negativity and bad vibs.
It only takes a small amount to cleanse your space or you, which you do by "Smudging". This just means you are wave around the smoke from the burning herb. I have smudged by just using one of the leaves.
